Sushi Bucket (Hangiri, Sushi Oke)

 The sushi bucket is used to prepare sushi rice and it is usually made of Japanese cedar. The sushi bucket helps absorb moisture of the cooked rice, while mixing the sushi vinegar, and speeds the process of cooling. The sushi slang calls it the hangiri, and the common way to refer to it is the sushi oke or sushi bucket.
