Place the sashimi on the California roll at a slight angle. Leave some
space open for
Peel an avocodo, then thinly peel the outer meat, which is greener than
the rest of the fruit.
Fill in the gaps with the avocodo and cover the roll with plastic wrap.
Cover with a sushi mat and
grip tightly. Cut into 8 pieces.
