Michigan Roll Recipe

The Michigan roll is a variation of the spicy tuna roll. It consists of spicy tuna with smelt roe spicy sauce, and avocado and it is rolled as an outside thick roll. The addition of avocodo makes it spice milder then a regular spicy tuna roll.
