Roll Recipe

The dragon roll is an
outside thick roll
of
eel, and cucumbers that are wrapped with thinly sliced avocado. The
green layers of the avocado resembles the scales of a dragon. (The
dragon roll is often referred as the caterpillar roll as well) Grilled
eel are sold in Japanese supermarkets in refrigerated or frozen
packages. Be sure to re-grill the eel in a toaster or a oven before

Ingredients:
Eel
Avocado
Japanese Cucumber (or regular cucumbers)
Sushi Rice
Nori Unagi (Eel) Sauce
 Roll the outside thick roll with eel and cucumbers and set aside.
 Thinly slice half a peeled avocado, and fan out the slice as so.
 Use your knife and pick them up
 Place on top of the roll, and place a plastic wrap on top.
 Use a fine sushi mat and squeeze very gently so the avocado merges with the sushi rice.
 Cut into individual pieces and dress with eel sauce.
