Sriracha Sauce

Sriracha is a Thai condiment which mainly consists of pureed red chili peppers, vinegar, and garlic. Sriracha sauce is sometimes used to make spicy sauce for fusion type sushi rolls. The spicy sauce will become more loose when sriracha is used, so it may be hard to bind ingredients so more mayonnaise may be needed. The sriracha sauce also has vinegar and garlic as the main ingredient, so it makes the sauce bolder in taste.
