Natto Maki

Fermented soy bean rolls are made into thinrolls or hand rolls. The natto is first mixed with soy sauceto get a thick consistency. In some cases, hot mustard is mixed inside(in this case, wasabi will not be used). Perilla leaf or sliced scallions are usedas condiments.
