How to Make Nigiri Sushi
(Variation 2)Ingredient: King Salmon.

Complete the first basic steps of the nigiri sushi, and with the left palm, squeeze both
sides of the sushi rice to close the dimple.
Position the left thumb on the tip of the sushi rice, and press on the
whole
sushi rice with the right fingers.
Quickly flip the sushi.

Close the left palm and place (but don't press) the left thumb
near the tip
of the sushi rice over the ingredient.

Rotate the sushi 180 degrees.

Once again, position the left thumb (don't press) over the tip of the
sushi rice
from above the ingredient, and press on the ingredient with the right
fingers.

Pinch the sides of the sushi. (Done)
