How to Make Nigiri Sushi
(Variation 4)
Ingredient: Blue Fin
Tuna.

Complete the first basic steps of the nigiri sushi, and with the left palm, squeeze both
sides of the sushi rice to close the dimple.
Lighly grasp the sushi with the left hand and filp it on the right
index and
middle finger.
Squeeze the the sushi from the top.
Grip the sushi with the left hand and lift it from the right fingers.
Close the left palm, position the left thumb on the tip of the sushi
rice and
with the right fingers, press on the sushi rice.

Open the left palm and flip the sushi to the right with your right
finger.

Close the left palm and press on the ingredient.

Open the left palm.

Rotate the sushi 180 degrees.

Close the left palm, position the left thumb on the tip of the sushi
rice from
above the ingredient (but don't press), and with the right fingers,
give a
final press on the ingredient. (Done)
