How to Make Nigiri Sushi(Variation 2)

Ingredient: King Salmon.

Complete the first basic steps of the nigiri sushi, and with the left palm,
squeeze bothsides of  the sushi rice to close the dimple.

Kotegaeshi Step 3  Kotegaeshi Step 4
Position the left thumb on the tip of the sushi rice, and press on thewhole
sushi rice with the right fingers.

Quickly flip the sushi.

Kotegaeshi Step 6   Kotegaeshi Step 7
Close the left palm and place (but don’t press) the left thumbnear the tip
of the sushi rice over the ingredient.

Rotate the sushi 180 degrees.

Once again, position the left thumb (don’t press) over the tip of thesushi rice
from above the ingredient, and press on the ingredient with the rightfingers.

Pinch the sides of the sushi. (Done)
